| 第100条〔施行期日〕 1 この憲法は，公布の日から起算して６箇月を経過した日から，これを施行する。 2 この憲法を施行するために必要な法律の制定，参議院議員の選挙及び国会召集の手続並びにこの憲法を施行するために必要な準備手続は，前項の期日よりも前に，これを行ふことができる。 |
| This Constitution shall be enforced
as from the day when the period of six months will have elapsed counting
from the day of its promulgation. 2) The enactment of laws necessary for the enforcement of this Constitution, the election of members of the House of Councillors and the procedure for the convocation of the Diet and other preparatory procedures necessary for the enforcement of this Constitution may be executed before the day prescribed in the preceding paragraph. |
